Los Angeles City Town Hall is seen bathed in yellow light as the hues of a morning sunrise are growing behind it. The sky transitions from blue at the top to yellow in the middle behind the structure. It is a pointy town hall. In the foreground is a fountain that never seems to be running these days. Maybe because of the drought that never ends. There is a reflection of the town hall partially in the fountain.
