Title: Peruvian Layers
Location: Inca Trail, Urubamba, Peru
Description: Hiking the Inca Trail was a great experience for me. I met people I didn’t know before and we got to bond over the course of four days on the trail. Or was it five?
This shot was taken on the second morning as the fog was lifting from hills, but then suddenly swallowing them whole. It is hard to take photos on a trip like this because people are most interested in making it to the next waypoint, whereas I wanted to just sit and watch the weather and story unfold in front of me.
