Title: Ferry Dock Tilt-Shift
Location: Mukilteo, Washington, USA, North America
Description: I am currently playing with a lens sent to me from BorrowLenses.com for a review on Digital Photography School called a tilt-shift lens. It works by either tilting the front elements of the lens left and right or shifting the whole unit up and down, away from the flat plane the camera sensor is used to receiving. The effect is an off balance of focus planes, making things look, well, like they look in the picture above. I have a lot to learn about using this lens and it should be a fun couple of weeks. This particular lens is the Canon 24mm TS f/3.5.
