Location: Rinpung Dzong, Paro, Bhutan, Asia (27°25’33” N 89°25’31” E)
Description: Tsechus (Festivals) in Bhutan are filled with colors and often days of coordinated dances retelling stories from the country’s folklore. The festival in Paro in the Spring is often one of the largest and most widely attended, in part because it is across the river from one of the King’s estates spread throughout the country.
