Photo Of The Day – Brown-Footed Booby And The Safari Voyager

Title: Brown-Footed Booby And The Safari Voyager

Location: Isla Pachequilla, Pearl Island, Gulf of Panama, Panama, Central America (8°40’18” N 79°3’55” W)

Description: I am just back from an amazing trip to Panama with UnCruise Adventures and have a ton of images to go through. The trip was an assignment to get photos of the Pure Panama tour and the newly refinished Safari Voyager.

Onboard we also had a guest host, Roger Lederer, a noted ornithologist who helped us with the hundreds of birds we say through out the itinerary.

Seen above is the brown-footed booby while below is the blue-footed booby.

I’ll be heading back to Panama (and Costa Rica) to teach photography with UnCruise in November and December. Won’t you join me?

I’m excited to be heading back to Alaska in August to host another photography cruise with UnCruise Adventures! If you would like to join me on this cruise and learn photography in some of the most spellbinding scenery Alaska has to offer, click this link for more info http://www2.uncruise.com/l/182202/2016-11-03/972p1 and scroll down to the Photography section.

If you prefer your boat-based photography learning in warmer climates, join me for one of two trips in November and December 0f 2017 in Costa Rica and Panama. One trip is from Costa Rica to Panama, including a transit of the Panama Canal and a number of National Parks and islands, while the other is the same itinerary in reverse. I’d love to see you on either trip and you can save $200/cabin by using code CH2U117 when booking either of those Costa Rica/Panama itineraries.
