Description: Pulling back from yesterday’s photo of the X under the bridge over the Merced River in Yosemite, I give you the full view of El Capitan.
There hasn’t been a ton of snow in Yosemite this year although that is likely changing as I type this post.
Most of the snow in the sunny spots was gone when I was there last week but you could still find crunchy stuff under the trees and in shadows.
Sometimes you envision a trip (planned a month in advance) and conditions and sometimes Mother Nature has other plans. I will was still happy for all the sunshine and the lack of crowds that Winter brings to the park.
