A Beauty Of A Horn

Description: A lot of the One-horned Rhinos we spotted in Nepal’s Chitwan National Park have decent but ‘realistic’ horns.

What do I mean? I mean this example below is not normal. The horn is dang perfect and what you’d expect for a stereotype of one-horned rhinos.

It’s a beaut, all right.

Straight view looking into the eyes and horn and floppy ears of a one-horned rhino that sits half submerged in murky water.

Compare it to this landlubber found a few years back.

Shorter and all rounded. Less majestic.

It just goes to show, rhinos come in all shapes and sizes.
