Description: There’s a little pull out in Yosemite Valley just before you exit the valley. It is, for all intents and purposes, the last scenic view point unless you stop at Tunnel View.
This view of the Merced River in low flow with the whole valley behind it is certain a favorite of mine. I spent three hours here filming a time lapse from day to night and I can tell you, after the sun goes down, no one stops here.
It can get crowded but as with most vistas, the crowds don’t last and move on as we all do to the next pretty spot.
