Location: Petra, Jordan (30°19’20” N 35°27’6″ E)
Description: The Treasury At Petra is one of the most widely recognized images from the country of Jordan, thanks in no small part to the film Indiana Jones & The Last Crusade. The structure is impressive in its art work and history (which subsequently shot up some of that nice art work). I wanted to convey the intensity of the heat which was quickly melting my daughter into a puddle of whines. Including the beaming sun was the best method I could think of.
