Taken from a pass just before the town of Dole (DOH-lay) in the Khumbu Region of Nepal. Prayer flags are often placed in the high up places so the prayers written on them can be dispersed on the four winds blowing through the area.

The prayer flags seem to be a stratigraphic layer along the snow line. Nice job. What a beautiful area to photograph.
