First Impression: LowePro Pro Roller x200 Camera Bag [VIDEO]

LowePro sent me a roller bag. Why? (beside the fact that I am reviewing it for Digital Photography School) Because I asked for it.

Yes, me, the guy who thinks people look goofy, and are probably straining their arms, dragging bags behind them. Real men carry their bags! Ok, maybe I’m wrong. And that’s why I’m willing to give this bag a try. Yes, I have an open mind once in a while.

I selected the x200 as it seemed to have enough room to work double duty, meaning, I could store my single camera, lenses, flash and some other odds and ends, but still have room to pack clothes for a trip. I will testing out this theory when I travel to San Diego and LA for photo workshops in two weeks. I also hope LowePro will let me keep it long enough for a longer trip to Costa Rica and Boulder, Colorado in June.  And TBEX in Vancouver in June. I think I can give this bag a thorough test.

Here’s my first impression in video form after having the bag a few days. Sorry about the drumming sound in the video as it’s rain hitting the cloth covering the camera to keep it dry.
