Description: A quick 20 minute trip up island from home dropped my daughter and I at Fort Casey State Park. It’s always fun exploring the underworkings of the gun emplacements and they’ve done a lot of painting to make the two main guns still there (returned from the Philippines) really shine. Much better looking than when I visited as kid.
