I sure wish I was listening better when he described this, because it was a heavenly starter. In the middle is sushi grade tuna. Cane & Taro Restaurant
My main course: Pan seared local ahi ahi with mashed potatoes and asparagus and shitake mushrooms. Cane & Taro Restaurant
There’s always room for dessert! Chef James’ signature apple tart with Lapperts ice cream served over a caramel sauce. Cane & Taro Restaurant
It looks absolutely delicious! Makes me feel awfully hungry… and I’m on a diet! 🙂
Mouth-watering!
I love food posts like this, keep the photos flowing! Num.
Be sure to visit Mala if you can – it’s even better than Lahaina Grill, if you can imagine that! Sadly, our experience at Cane & Taro was really disappointing. But Lahaina Grill was utterly divine – expert, fresh, delicious. Mala is more casual than Lahaina Grill, but I thought it was even better food. You’re in for a treat – go if you haven’t already!
