Nothing much happened this weekend. Sorry to say for those looking for a tale. My massage on Saturday got canceled and then I picked up a stomach bug that had me confined to quarters and the toilet from about 3pm on Saturday until 8am on Sunday. I was feeling good enough for the Amazon Purification Massage which was awesome! Cool leaves and gel are placed all over and then you are wrapped up to cool off. Really good.
Other than that, the days were spent lazing about. On to Day 8 for more adventure!!
I am jealous I was unable to visit the Amazon or even Cusco for that matter. I only spent my short trip in Lima and Paracas but established plans and connections for my next visit there.
