Here’s a handy new site. http://viewat.org . It’s a bit slow now but they have panoramas from all over the world. The Pacific Northwest is a bit lacking and will hopefully grow. There are many types of panorama software out there and one I’ve been eyeing for a while is the Panorama Factory. We plan on selling our house soon and I’d like to make some virtual tours of the rooms and grounds. This tool looks like it’d be the way to go. In the past I’ve used the freeware program Autostitch with great results, but it is fairly simple and lacking in a number of features. Still, if you want an easy way to make panoramas, Autostitch fits the bill.
